Biotech Lab Work

As part of my biotechnology pathway in highschool, I completed Essentials of Biotech and Applications of Biotech courses, in which I completed standard BSL-1 lab work, demonstrated ability to follow SOPs and maintain a lab notebook, and learned about industry.

After completing the pathway, I chose to earn a Biotechnology Aptitude and Competency Exam credential from Biotility (a biotech industry credentialing program at the University of Florida). This demonstrates my ability to safely and effectively operate in a wet lab.
